Return Policy
Returns for domestic orders are accepted within three (3) days of delivery. The return request must be submitted within three days from when the tracking status shows delivered or ready for pickup. Requests made after this period will not be approved.
Refunds are not issued — only store credit will be provided. Store credit remains valid for 90 days from the issue date.
Customers may complete up to two consecutive returns, with a maximum of five returns per calendar year. Any additional requests will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be:

With original tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear, bodysuits, leather or metallic garments

White or ivory clothing

Sequin or rhinestone apparel

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, submit a request within three days of receiving your order. Once approved, instructions will be provided.
Packages sent back without prior authorization or that do not qualify will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final sale, non-cancelable, and cannot be returned or resized. Payment is required in full. Refunds will only be issued if supplier issues prevent fulfillment.
If your purchase includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the pre-order arrives. Separate shipping can be arranged for a $6 fee.
Estimated arrival time for pre-orders is 2–8 weeks.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the purchase is completed.
Shipping Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order has shipped. Orders are sent only to the address provided at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, a new shipping label must be purchased by the customer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping. Alternatively, the order may be canceled for store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

Free shipping on orders over $150 within Puerto Rico and the USA.
Shipping times exclude the 1–3 business day processing period before dispatch.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships, or you can access it through your account.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Claims must be filed directly with USPS.
Order Cancellations
Online orders are processed immediately and generally cannot be canceled. Returns may be requested after delivery if eligible.
Fair Use Policy
Excessive or suspicious return activity — such as repeated returns, worn merchandise, or mismatched items — may result in refused returns or account suspension. If you believe a mistake has occurred, please contact support.
Final Note
We reserve the right to decline unreasonable return or exchange requests.
